Terms & Conditions

JLP Electrical provides electrical services to residential customers in Southampton and surrounding areas. By using this website or booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services, including electrical repairs, installations and maintenance, are subject to availability and may be declined at our discretion. Work will be carried out by an electrical apprentice as part of training and development. Any quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and final costs may change if additional work, materials, or previously hidden faults are discovered; customers will be informed before significant changes to pricing. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed, and payment may be accepted via bank transfer or cash with invoices issued electronically where necessary. Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Customers must also ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area and provide accurate information regarding the job and any known electrical issues or hazards. JLP Electrical will take reasonable care when carrying out services but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by previous installations not completed by us, or any indirect or consequential losses where permitted by UK law. All content on this website is provided for general information purposes and may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice. Any personal information collected through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the latest version. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
